The tenth annual survey of UK reward management is based on responses received from 276 organisations, across all industrial sectors.
The main aim of the research is to provide readers with a benchmarking and information resource in respect of current and emerging practice in UK reward management. The survey looks at competitive pay positioning, base pay structure and adjustment, performance-related reward and recognition, pensions and benefits and reward priorities in 2010 and 2011.
